Manual Crock meter is for testing discoloration level of textile or leather; the method to this tester is grip the specimen onto a rub-platen fixing device, and wrap a 5 cm x 5 cm white cotton cloth on the rub-hammer on above, the diameter of rub-hammer is 16 mm, central load is: 900 g, abrasion distance is 10 cm, use abrasion speed at 1time / 1sce to rub the specimen, total 10 times of "back and forth" (or other specified number of times), take out the white cotton cloth to compare with "gray scale for staining", for evaluate discolor level of this specimen. Simple to operate and lower cost, this instrument has been accepted widely.
