Digital Water Penetration Tester is for testing water penetration of waterproof material.

Digital water penetration tester is aim to test the water permeability-resistance degree for Water-Resistance fiber (or other material), uses pneumatic grip to speed up the testing time.

To determine the water-tolerant of waterproof textile, the tester has high and low pressure testing methods. Also, the instrument can connect with computer to extend functions.There are three kinds of Test method for this test equipment:

a. Water pressure method: Put dry specimen to cover on water surface.
Then record the water level (cm) at once after the specimen occurred 3 places permeated by water on its surface.

b. Certain water pressure method: Put dry specimen to cover on water surface. Use 1cm/sec speed to raise water level up to a certain level, then record the time (sec) at once after the specimen surface occurred 3 places permeated.

c. Water leakage: operation method same as water pressure. Just stop water level rising immediately when water lever rising up to a certain position (10cm), to test the water leakage capacity within 1 certain time.

The presision testing machine evaluates material test and provide reliable data.
