This motor wrap reel is to count the length of yarn. Wrap reel winds yarn thread with required length, and then test its strength of lea and quality, aso for calculating the yarn-count.

There are many system of yarn count, but most general use is “Tex” and “Denier, D".

Though there are many kinds of yarn-measurement method, the main difference among them is only at “length” and “unit”

This tester is to preset a certain and specified length, work together with balance, user can measure the level of Tex or Denier.

Also can test “LEA strength” by wrapping a specified length of yarn.

The instrument is simple to operate and provide reliable data.
