The method of this instrument is to cut a one-inch width strip type tape, stick on a specified SUS#304 stainless steel, the paste area is 1¡§¡Ñ1¡¨, loading with 2kg standard roller wheel under 300mm/Min speed, roll back and for the one time, and hang the stainless steel onto this tester.
Use Connector to connect the lower part of tape with Loading Weight, make the tape bearing the specified load, at this time the timer will calculate automatically; after the tape dropped from the stainless steel board, timer will hold the testing time automatically, this time data can be a database for Q. C. person to evaluate the tape adhesive strength.This instrument is especially for tape industry.
